On Friday, September 23rd staff and students of Macdonald Drive Elementary will be celebrating the life and heroics of Terry Fox with our annual Terry Fox Walk. This walk will take place during school time, and will begin at approximately 2:00pm. Both students and staff will join together for a fun walk around Kenny’s Pond. A member of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary will be on-site to safely escort our students to and from Kenny’s Pond.
Parents/Guardians are asked to ensure that students are dressed for outside activity.
We kindly ask all students to bring a $1 in support of the Terry Fox Foundation.
