Auction Fundraiser Important Information

  • Event Details
    • Date:                     March 8, 2013
    • Location:              Holiday Inn
    • Time:                    6:30 with dinner served at 7:00
    • Price:                    40 dollars single/80 dollars double
    • Meal:                    Salad, Mount Scio Stuffed Chicken                                   Breast,  Croquette Potatoes, 
                                    Butted Broccoli, Glazed Carrots
  • Tickets will be going on sale from the school office on February 18, 2013.

  • We are in need of table captains.
    • A table captain is someone who can organize a table of 8 or 14 persons. Those who are interested in being a table captain, or who have already organized a table please contact Susan LeDrew at smiledrew@swd-law.nf.net
       
  • We are in need of donations.
    • Suggestions for donations include:

- Hockey camps, dance sessions, music lessons, birthday parties
- Restaurant, hotel, bed and breakfast certificates – Romance Packages
- Original/Reproduced Art, air travel, jewelry, tickets for concerts, sporting events
- Landscaping Packages
- Handyman for a day – plumbers, carpenters, electricians
- Autographed jerseys or sports equipment
- Golf packages or extreme sport packages (zip line)
- Hosted chef’s dinner/Hosted dinner party
- Accommodations for week-end get away – cabin or house
- Fishing/Hunting/Boat Tour packages
  • If you have a donation you can drop it off at the school. If you could also email Ann Marie Martin at amlemartin@gmail.com with your donation and the company it came from that will assist us in keep our running list updated.
  • Dessert Auction Details
    • We have two parents Lisa Curran and Shirley Martin who will be organizing the dessert auction. More details will come on this in the future.
